In 2021, community development staff from the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and the Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta, Boston, Cleveland, and Philadelphia hosted a conference, Uneven Outcomes in the Labor Market: Understanding Trends and Identifying Solutions.
